The island of St. Vincent is 18 miles long and 11 miles wide and is a lush volcanic island of steep mountain ridges, valleys and waterfalls. La Soufriere, the dormant volcano, rises over 4000 feet.
The rich volcanic soil produces an abundance of fruits, vegetables and spices. The interior flat lands and valleys are thickly planted with coconuts, bananas, breadfruit, nutmeg and arrowroot.

Wedding Requirements St Vincent & the Grenadines
To get married in St. Vincent or one of the Grenadine islands is legally very simple. Normally you need 3 days residency but under special licence you can apply for a marriage license to permit a non resident to be married after one day.
The main problem is you will need to apply in person in St Vincent - no matter which island your ceremony is. Often hotel resorts & wedding coordinators hire a plane or boat to make this possible.
St Vincent & the Grenadines Marriage license laws state that the only documents required are your passports unless you are divorced - then you will also be required to present your final divorce papers.
All documents must be translated into English.
