Documents required for marriage
You will need these documents and the process takes 3 days of residency on the island before you can marry:
Passports
Your Birth Certificates
If your are divorced, proof of this (Decree Absolute).
Proof you are single (an affidavit, letter from a clergyman, letter from a lawyer, from a marriage registry) stating you have not been previously married.
If you are widowed, a Death Certificate.
If you are under 21 parental consent is required.
All documents must be in English. They should be translated into English and notified.
